HI Flyer Families,

We’re excited to announce JOB SIGN UPS are LIVE from now through 11:59 pm, Monday night, May 12 for jobs from May 17-June 22. To see job descriptions, click HERE.

• Each family with at least one swimmer age 14 and under who is not a mini-flyer needs to fulfill SIX job points total for the season at dual meets and other team events. Invitational (NOT dual) meets have separate job requirements. All families that sign up for an invitational should volunteer at that meet.
• To sign up, go to https://www.forestparkflyers.com/swim_meets or go to the Calendar Tab on the home page. You can also sign up through the Swimtopia app.
• You need to be logged in to Swimtopia to sign up. If people have issues with setting up their account or logging in they can email Tatyana at [email protected].
• We have Power Position openings for: Age Events Coordinator for 8 & Under and 15-19s, Coach Appreciation Week for 13s and up, and 8 and Under Auction Basket.
• Interested or have questions about being on the Snack Shack crew? Respond to this email to be connected with Rachel, our Snack Shack Coordinator. 
• The 2nd window of job sign ups will be June 15-17– for meets and events happening June 23–July 30.

SWIM MEET SIGN OUT/SIGN IN

• For dual meets, the swimmer is assumed to attend. You must SIGN OUT if you know you're not coming. All dual meets are now open so it's a great time to look at the calendar and sign out if you know you're going on vacation on particular dates.
• For invitationals, you must SIGN IN in order to be entered. We haven't opened up any of them yet, but more information will be coming out as other teams contact us with the information.
• When signing in/out, there will be a place to add a note to the coach. If there is anything you want coaches to know, like late arrival or injury, the note field is the place to add it.
• For dual meets, sign outs are due at least THREE days in advance. For a Wednesday meet, the deadline for sign out is the previous Saturday at 11:30 pm. For a Saturday meet, it's Wednesday 11:30 pm.
• Sign in/out at https://www.forestparkflyers.com/swim_meets or go to the Calendar Tab on the home page.You can also sign up through the Swimtopia app.
• Mini-Flyers who are ready to participate in meets, we will be contacting you this coming week with specific info on your sign ups.

POOL OPEN HOUSE
TODAY, May 10, 1-7 pm, you're invited to have some fun in the sun at the pool. The whole family is invited. For those interested in membership, first-time members can receive a 10% discount today only. Food available for purchase. Warrior's watch party at 5:30 pm. Hope to see you there!
