There's so much going on, so get excited and read carefully! 

• CITY MEET T-SHIRTS: Don't forget TODAY, July 3, 5 pm is the last chance to order HERE ($20)! Show everyone that Flyer Campers have s'more FUN!
• 4th of July SILENT AUCTION/GAMES, 2-5 pm, FP Pool: Can't make it? Online bidding is open–check out the catalog HERE. Select your items and make your best and final offer HERE by 9 am, July 4. Share the online bidding form with friends and family.
  • GAMES, 3 pm: Coach Jeff will also host games (watermelon eating contest, t-shirt relay, diving for coins, and more). It will be a memorable afternoon that you won't want to miss! 
  • All Swim Team family members and club guests need to sign the pool's waiver for both the auction/games (each adult and any minor) HERE.
• COACH'S APPRECIATION WEEK: It's 11-12s turn to show our coaches some appreciation, July 7-11. Sign up HERE to bring something yummy for them to eat. 
• TORTURE WEEKS: These extra practices help swimmers get conditioned and tapered off before our big City Meet! More details coming but note the following:
  • Ages 11 and Up will be July 7-11 and must complete 7 out of 8 possible practices to quality for the Torture Week Shirt. Practices will be mornings, Monday thru Friday and evenings, M, T, Th. 
  • Ages 10 and Under will be July 14-18 and must complete 6 out of 7 possible practices to qualify for the Torture Week Shirt. No practice on Monday, July 14, so practices will be Mornings, Tuesday thru Friday and evenings, T, Th, F. 
• A NOTE FROM COACH JEFF about CITY MEET: City Meet is our mandatory championship meet. ALL swimmers who can swim two events will be signed up. Sign OUT or indicate which events you would like to do HERE by July 7. If you are not planning on attending, sign out to avoid fees. 
• AGES 15-18 CAMPING TRIP, Sat. 7/19 (right after final home meet)-Sunday, 7/20 late afternoon/evening at Lake Berryesa, $40: Join us for an overnight camping trip with your swim friends! Sign up HERE. 
  • We currently have 12 spots, so sign up early. Cost includes dinner, breakfast and lunch. We will also "help" flash the flyer make plates for city meet.
  • This is limited to 15-18 swimmers–no younger siblings or friends.
  • Payment can be made via venmo @karla-rousseau or via cash to Amy Ragland (Isabel Ragland's mom) or Karla Rousseau (Emma Tayas' mom)
• 8 & UNDER SLEEPOVER, Thursday, July 31st, starting at 6:00 PM, at FP Pool, $15/child: Join us for an evening of pizza, movies, and camping fun! See more info including how to RSVP at the bottom of this email. 
• FLYER FANTASY FOOTBALL: One of our Flyer dads would like to start the 1st annual Flyers Fantasy Football League! 
  • 10-12 people, depending on the interest level. First come, first serve
  • $100

8 & Under Sleepover Additional Info:

  • This is a family event! At least one parent must accompany all little campers for the entire evening. This is not a drop-off event.
  • For safety, the pool will be off-limits during the sleepover.
  • Please bring your own tents and sleeping bags.

  RSVP & Payment:

  • Please RSVP on the Forest Park website by Saturday, July 26thso that we can get a headcount for food.
  • The cost is $15 per child.
