We had a great 4th of July at the pool. A huge thank you to Melanie B. and Nyna for putting together an amazing silent auction! We appreciate all the families and businesses who donated items, helping us raise $4,215!!! GO FLYERS!

Also a huge thanks to Coach Jeff and Coach Lucia and all those who helped lead some fun and exciting games at the pool. Everyone had a fantastic time!

MEET, July 9 @ HOME vs. Walnut Country | START: 5:30 pm | WARM UPS: 4:30 pm

• BUDDY ACTIVITY: Bring your Buddy their favorite candy
• ATTENTION- OPEN JOB ALERT: We have MANY jobs still open for this Wednesday’s meet. Click HERE, login, sign up, and earn some points! Filling jobs is critical to ensuring meets run smoothly as possible. 
• JOB CHECK IN: Stroke & Turn/Timers will need to check in by 5:10 pm at job table. Timers will be called to their seats 15 minutes ahead of the meet at 5:15 pm. All other jobs should check in 15 minutes ahead of time at job table. 
• MEET SIGN OUT: If you missed the sign-out deadline and still need to sign out for any reason or there is another issue like your swimmer is missing from the meet program, please contact Coach Jeff asap, [email protected]

ECI: NO Dual Meet this Saturday. East County Invitational is July 12-13. ECI participants, please look out for an email later today, and sign up for ECI Pasta Feed on July 11. 

COACH'S APPRECIATION WEEK: We are still looking for a 13 and up parent to help coordinate next week's two meals, one breakfast and one lunch during July 15-18. Earn job points. Reply to this email if you are interested. 

TORTURE WEEKS: We're in full swing getting in our extra practices! July 7-11 for 11 and up; July 15-18 for 10 and under. For more info, click HERE.

• NO PRACTICES on Monday, July 14. We will take a break after ECI. 
• Reminder: No evening practices this week for 10 and Under. Next week, July 15-18, no evening practices for 11 and up during the 10 and Under Torture Week.

AGES 15-18 CAMPING TRIP: Sat. 7/19 (right after final home meet)-Sunday, 7/20 late afternoon/evening at Lake Berryesa, $40: Join us for an overnight camping trip with your swim friends! Sign up HERE.

8 & UNDER SLEEPOVER: Thursday, July 31st, starting at 6:00 PM, at FP Pool, $15/child. Join us for an evening of pizza, movies, and camping fun! RSVP on the Forest Park website by Saturday, July 26. 

FLYER FANTASY FOOTBALL: One of our Flyer dads would like to start the 1st annual Flyers Fantasy Football League! 10-12 people, depending on the interest level. First come, first serve -$100.
