Congratulations to all our swimmers worked extra hard at ECI this past weekend! We'll share more later this week about their amazing achievements. 

Home-stretch of the season with three more meets before City! Make sure to check out all the important info below: 

WEDNESDAY MEET, July 16, AWAY @ Ygnatio Wood, 3124 San Gabriel Dr, Concord
START: 5:30 pm | WARM UPS: 4:45 pm | Team Zone Map

• ATTENTION- OPEN JOB ALERT: We have OVER 15 jobs still open for this Wednesday’s meet. Click HERE, login, sign up, earn points, and avoid job fees! Filling jobs is critical to ensuring meets run smoothly as possible. 
• JOB CHECK IN: Stroke & Turn/Timers will need to check in by 5:10 pm at job table.  All other jobs should check in 15 minutes ahead of time at job table.
• MEET SIGN OUT: If you missed the sign-out deadline and still need to sign out for any reason or there is another issue like your swimmer is missing from the meet program, please contact Coach Jeff asap, [email protected]
• Notes from the host team:
  • Full snack shack available; special items TBA 
  • Team Areas: 
    • Visiting: Poolside near toddler pool | Home: Behind the blocks 
    • Please bring your own chairs (limited deck furniture) 
    • Toddler pool is closed 
    • Neighborhood parking is available (PLEASE do not block driveways) 

TORTURE WEEK: We're in full swing getting in our extra practices! This week is for 10 and under. Swimmers must do 6 out of 7 practices to get a t-shirt. For more info, click HERE. Minis and 11 and up still attend their morning practices as usual. 

• FRIDAY SCHEDULE has been modified (swimmers will only be on the grass and not swim): 
  • Group A: 5:45-6:15 pm
  • Group B: 6:15-6:45 pm
  • 9-10s: 6:45-7:15 pm
• Reminder: No evening practices this week for 11 and Up, Evening practices are only for the 10 and Unders during their Torture Week.
