Hi Flyer Families, 

The fun and excitement of City Meet has begun! A few reminders for Saturday: 

• Warm-ups: 7:45-8 am, lanes 4-7 | Meet Start: 8:30 am
• Order of Events: Note that the events are not in the usual order by age that many may be used to. Carefully check the Meet Program, Meet Mobile, etc. to confirm your swimmer's event numbers. Time Drops code is 2468. 
• Attire: Wear your Team City Meet shirt or Camp Shirt. 
• Team Parade: Around 12:30 pm after any possible swim-offs, swimmers should meet by our hospitality tent (right inside the side gate) to get ready for the parade. 
• Clerk of Course organizers have given specific instructions (see attached pic): 
  • Last name, first initial, age, and team acronym should be on back of swimmer's right shoulder.
  • Do not write event info on hands (use forearm instead).
  • Swimmers should report to Clerk of Course NO SOONER than 10 heats before their race (note heats and not events). 
• Don't forget to show some spirit: Cheer on teammates, give out Spirit Clips, say thank you to timers, shake hands/high five swimmers in the next lane, etc. 
• Relays: Don't leave the meet early without checking to see if you are swimming in a relay! In some cases we have an A, B, and C relay team. 
• Medley Relay for parents/coaches are the last events of the day - make sure to cheer them on!
