Greetings Flyer Families,

We’re so excited for the start of another fantastic season! Check out all the important details to help us get off on the right fin, and read this welcome note from Coach Jeff!

ALL ABOUT PRACTICES: Policies & Procedures 

• Practice starts this Monday, April 13. 
  • NO practice on April 30.
• All swimmers will sign in for practice for first 1 to 2 weeks while we confirm all registrations were fully completed (coaches also take attendance). Sign-in sheets will be at the pool entrance.
• Practices happen rain or shine (unless there is lightning). We will send an email if practices are canceled due to weather. 
• Please note, the coaches may ask your swimmer to attend a different practice based on their ability.
• During Practice Policies: 
  • Parent/swimmer Supervision: 
    • Ages 10 and under need a designated guardian on site when they are at the pool, including practice time. 
    • Ages 11 and up: Coaches are responsible for supervision ONLY during practice times, so a designated guardian should be present before and after practice.
  • Swimmers may enter the pool only when coaches direct them to.
  • Families, please refrain from talking to coaches on deck during practice sessions and stay in lanai or other areas away from the deck.
• Mini-Flyers:
  • Mini-Flyers should line up next to the pool (3ft section of pool in front of lanai/picnic tables) and wait for coaches to direct them to lanes.
  • For Minis ages 8 and Under, with sharpie marker, write your child’s name on the back of right shoulder for at least first one-two weeks.
  • NEW Mini-Flyers need an evaluation before beginning practices.
• April 13-May 1 schedule is 4 days a week, M–Th, (see below). Schedule changes May 4 and again in early June. For the full practice schedule, click HERE.
