FPST Deadlines, Job Sign Up, Swim Club Open House Event: May 15-18

Greetings Flyer Families!
Here's some important deadline reminders for the next few days and info about the Forest Park Swim Club's Open House this weekend Sat & Sun, 1-6 pm:
- Invitational Sign Ups Deadlines:
- Medieval Madness (ages 9-18) by Monday, May 18
- MCST (8 & Under) by Saturday, May 16
- To sign up, go to our calendar HERE and then:
- Login to 1. Select your events AND 2. Go to payment portal to pay invitational fee if you did not prepay.
- If you cannot remember what invitationals your prepaid for, it is listed in your registration confirmation email.

- Meet Sign Out/Sign In - go to Calendar and login:
- For Time Trials and Dual Meets, swimmers are automatically signed up and must SIGN OUT at least THREE days in advance. Sign out of Time Trials by Wednesday, May 20.
- For Invitational Meets, swimmers must SIGN IN. See instructions above.
- Job Sign Ups will open May 16 - every job matters!
- We encourage families to initially sign up for 4 job shifts as more swimmers are still registering and the hours requirement may go down.
- There are exceptions - so please see orientation slide deck HERE for more info.

- Find out your buddy assignment at Time Trials. Don't forget to print, fill out, & bring your All About Me Sheet.
- MINI-FLYERS: Mini-Flyers will be paired with Mini-Flyer Helpers.
- FOREST PARK SWIM CLUB OPEN HOUSE THIS WEEKEND
- Join us for some fun and relaxation in the sun! There will be games, food for sale, and lots of friendly faces. It's a great chance for the whole family to check out the pool. Invite friends and family and see what's it like to extend the swim excitement beyond meets and practices.
- SAT & SUN, May 16 & 17, 1-6 pm
- SAT, May 16, Movie Night @ the pool, 7 pm
- 10% until May 31 for First-Time Swim Club Members
