Hi Flyer Families, 

Here's an update for two of our very important events of the season! 

SWIM-A-THON & PANCAKE BREAKFAST, June 6, 8:15–12 pm (swimmers select a 1 hour time slot): Don't miss our biggest fundraiser and a wonderful opportunity to support the team.

WHAT:  Each swimmer collects sponsorships from friends and family and then swims laps for a specified period of time based on their age. At the end of the event, funds are collected from sponsors. All funds will be applied against a family’s fundraising obligation.

WHO:  While only Team Swimmers ages 14 and under have a fundraising requirement, all other members of the team and Minis/Former Minis who can swim laps are invited to participate, raise funds, and show some team spirit! 

SIGN UP:  Go to the calendar event tile HERE. Login, click green entry button, and select your swimmer's slot. 

99 PLEDGES: To make collecting funds easy, each swimmer has received a 99 pledges profile (should have been sent to you via email). If you need one made for your swimmer, contact Jeanine at [email protected]. 

PANCAKES: Every participating swimmer gets a pancake plate after doing their laps. $5 plates are available for spectators. 

PRIZES: Lots of prizes (see attachment) AND if we get at least 75 swimmers, then they get to soak the coaches! 

BATTLE OF THE AGES: June 27 & 28, College Park Pool, 201 Viking Dr., Pleasant Hill, CA - All Team Event! Let's finish TOP 5 this year! 

• Fees are being covered by FPST so that everyone can attend!
• Compete with only current age year, i.e. all 9 year olds (not with age group 9/10s)
• Depending on your event selection, compete 1 or 2 days (see event schedule below)
• On calendar event tile, sign in and select events by June 13!
• As a courtesy, please sign out if you are not attending. Any undeclared swimmer will be assumed as NOT going.
• This is a fun event with lots of vendors and time for all the swimmers to hang out and cheer each other on!
