Hello Flyer Families, 

Here is the information for tomorrow's June 20, Saturday AWAY Tri-Meet with Aquaknights & Bishop Estates, 1510 Neroly Road, Oakley, CA 94561. 

PARKING:  (Per instructions from the host team) DO NOT PARK IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD ADJACENT TO THE CLUB—OUR PERMIT WITH THE CITY IS CONTINGENT ON US KEEPING THE IMPACT OF OUR SWIM MEETS AT A MINIMUM IN THE ADJACENT NEIGHBORHOOD. ALL PARKING LOT ENTRY MUST BE THROUGH THE MAIN ENTRANCE ON NEROLY. All Pool access should be through the side entry gates only.

SCHEDULE: 
Meet Start, 9:30 am: Please note the later start time with approximate end at 1:00 pm
Entry Gates will open 1.5 hours before the start of the meet at 8:00 am. 

Warm-Up Times: 8:25 am – 8:55 am (FPST) 

*All swimmers 13-18 may use the family pool to warm up before and during the meet. This pool is monitored by a volunteer of the Aquaknights swim team and works on the honor system. If a swimmer under the age of 13 uses the family pool during the meet, the pool will be closed to all swimmers for the duration of the meet.

SIGN OUT:  If you missed the sign-out deadline and still need to sign out or there is another issue like your swimmer is missing from the meet program, please contact Coach Jeff asap, [email protected] and Amy, our Meet Director, [email protected]. 

FOOD:  Food and beverages will be available for purchase from various outside vendors/food trucks. You may also bring your own food. 

GUESTS/TEAM AREA:  Guests are allowed to attend the meet and may enter on the side of the facility 

TEAM AREA:  Visiting Team Set-up should be on the grass area between the family pool andthe tennis courts. Please keep pop-ups within a 10’ by 10’ size. The club also allows visiting teams to use the pool deck along the backside of the family pool.
