Hosted by Antioch Delta Skimmers, this meet is held at a high school with what is known as a "fast pool" and excellent competition. It is a great opportunity for the swimmer to pop their times towards the end of the season.

Order of events:
Saturday - IM (ages 7-10), 50 Free (ages 15-18), Fly, Back, Medley Relay
Sunday - Kickboard Race (Minis), IM (ages 11-18), Breast, Free, Free Relay

Max events by age:
6&u - 4 (fly, back, breast, free)
7-14 - 5 (IM, fly, back, breast, free)
15-18 - 6 (50 free, fly, back, IM,  breast, 100 free)
