Hosted by Blackhawk Swim Team, this one-day Sunday meet is intended for those swimmers who want "just one more chance" to get their goal time and make County. However, any rec swimmer may sign up no  matter how far away they are from County or if they have already achieved a County qualifying time.

Order of events:
Sunday - Open 50 Free, Open IM, Free, Breast, Back, Fly, Open IM, Open 50 Free

*Open 50 Free or Open IM means a single event where all ages 6&up and all genders swim together seeded by time. Every other event will have their regular age groups.

Open events at the beginning and the end provide multiple opportunities for a swimmer to swim the same stroke. For example a swimmer over 9-14 who is aiming for County in free, can swim it three times - first event, the regular age group event, and last event. A swimmer hoping to improve IM can swim it twice, at the beginning and the end.

Reminders

• No driving past the gate – violations will result in a 10-point team deduction
• Deck access is restricted – only coaches & junior coaches allowed on deck
• All swimmers must report to Clerk of the Course or risk being scratched
• Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in team point deductions

Hosted by Antioch Delta Skimmers, this meet is held at a high school with what is known as a "fast pool" and excellent competition. It is a great opportunity for the swimmer to pop their times towards the end of the season. Read all about their scoring and awards.

No swimmer will be permitted to participate in pre-meet warm-ups without the presence of a coach from their team to supervise.

All warm-ups will be open format with lanes 1 and 5 for starts and sprints, only one direction.
*11/12 swimmers may swim at either time slot

During Competition, lane 10 & 11 are for warm-ups and cool-downs for 13 – 18 year old swimmers throughout the meet. Swimmers must follow the directions of the lifeguards and meet officials at all times during warm-ups and while in the warm-up/cool-down lane.

Hosted by Pleasant Hill Dolfins ( this year at College Park High School), the events in this two day meet are set by the exact age of the swimmer. It is a perfect meet for swimmers in their down year to see how they match against their peers. More details, including the schedule, can be found at the official website
